2 New Horses

Haven't done any horses for a while! Here are the latest.

A warm, but windy day here, got lots of washing out, perfect day for it. Trying to make some cards for my box for Robert to take to work tomorrow.

Graduating Tilda

Today's card is for a friend's daughter who just graduated in journalism. I used a script embossed background which I thought was fitting. Kept it very plain and simple as she's a girl who doesn't like glitz or frills!

Second last day of term today - our church service and prize giving this afternoon, keep your fingers crossed it doesn't rain as it's a long walk with 150 children!!!!

Kittens for Caitlin

Another child's card today - and another easel card! I made another topper to go on top of the greeting so she can keep it up in her room.

Best night of my life...

Saw Paul McCartney at Hampden last night and, oh boy, what a show! He played for nearly 3 hours without a break and the hits just came pouring out. I can't believe he's 68 today, his voice was as good as ever and he really moved about that stage. Found lots of it very emotional, especially Yesterday and Mull of Kintyre with a full Pipe Band. Still in a wee bubble today, don't want to go to work, just want to sit in a corner with my eyes closed and remember.....

Today's card is another children's one for a gruffalo fan.

Scooby Doo

Another card for a little girl. Loved the blue and green card here, really juicy colours for summer!

Princess Jasmine

Was asked to do a card from Aladdin. This is what I came up with. Started with her on a blue background, but was very insipid, so it relly zinged against the hot pink.
